Lac Qui Parle has came up about 3 feet in the past week, since then we have seen an increase in fish being caught, especially near the bridges. Most fisherman are using fathead minnows and creek chubs. Minnesota River has started going down over the past few days, and Lynn "The Man" Koenen predicts that the bite will be pretty heavy in the next couple weeks.
